I wanted to really work on developing the right tools myself to cope ongoing for myself and my new role as a parent. I was extremely lucky to find &amp; meet Juna - she is compassionate, helpful, insightful and has helped me beyond what I could have ever imagined. Not only has she helped me to process the recent trauma I had experienced during pregnancy\/postnatal period, but I can safely say my chronic anxiety has lessened significantly &amp; I can use the tools we worked on to stop the spiral of anxiety or panic attacks before they progress past the first few thoughts. During the sessions we also did some EMDR training.  I had heard of EMDR in the context of PTSD and how good it is but I'd never tried it before. When coupled with the counselling I feel more confident and comfortable with myself than I ever have before and it feels like it will last.
