Juna is fantastic. I have previously had counselling in the past, however I continued to be emotionally affected by the trauma of a breakup I experienced 10 years ago. I decided I needed a different approach and wanted to try trauma/EMDR therapy. Here is where I found Juna. I highly recommend her, without a shadow of doubt. She offers sessions remotely and face to face. EMDR is amazing and it reprogrammed my thinking and my pathways and the outcome for me has been life changing. I am much more positive and I am in such a stronger place thanks to Juna and her sessions with me. I cant remember the last time i felt low or cried. She is really experienced and knowledgeable and supportive. She is actually inspirational. EMDR is really fascinating how it works and where your mind goes and where it needs to go in order to be the change you need. Before I met with Juna I was going through some really tough changes in my life which resulted in me experiencing intrusive obsessive thought patterns, a constant state of worry for the future, inability to think clearly and a constant feeling of being stuck in a loop. Juna helped to unravel my old negative thought patterns and gave me the tools to navigate and reframe a healthier way of looking at things. I felt like Juna really listened to me and made me feel relaxed and at ease to talk about personal matters that were causing discord in my life. She offered a practical supportive way to help manage my unresolved trauma which was effecting my outlook, reactions and emotions. My life has changed so much for the better since having therapy with Juna, I feel grounded, focused, clear headed, confident, less triggered and more than anything I feel heard, understood and worthy.
